If you made your purchase online, you can exchange the item for another of the same season, subject to stock availability, without exception. The money refund will be processed within 15 days after the claim is made.
The value of the product to be refunded will be the original amount paid by the customer, regardless of its current value at the time of the return.
You will have a period of up to 30 days to process a return. At the time of the return, you must present the purchase receipt or order number.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, with its original packaging and tags intact. If it is not returned in acceptable condition, it will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear (socks, underwear, etc.).
If there is a credit in favor of the customer, it can be used as part of payment for another product. If the credit is in favor of the brand, the customer must pay the difference to obtain the higher-priced product. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued.
If the error is not the company’s fault, the shipping and transportation costs will be covered by the customer.
